Hi Becky,
Many people have found that by removing toxic chemicals from their home which includes toothpaste, shampoo and the such it can greatly improve if not cure the allergies all together.
I use water to clean my house. I also use essential oils to disinfect and I do use special cloths that are designed to clean with water only.
We don't have allergies but I feel strongly about not using chemcials in our home.
