what are you using to cleanse? I have used the Black-Walnut ticture with Wormwood and clove and didn't get anything except sesame seed looking things - two weeks ago I changed to Colonix. Although I have drank tons of water with it, it has done nothing but cause me to be bloated and constipated unless I take a herbal laxative with it - this is letting the tea steep for at least 10 minutes. I feel as though I'm gaining weight with this and don't feel better at all - although I have posted about irritabiity, and I realize this is normal. I have been "allergic" to psyllium in the past, so I think that is why I'm so bloated and constipated with this product.
Any suggestions????? Thank you.
