I know it's probably very unusual but one of the first days on ozonated olive oil cleanse, I also got an live Ascaris worm half way out of me and that was terrible. Now I remember I also got a large dead Ascaris out of me when I was about seven years old and that was a bunch of years ago, so am wondering how long they have been in me.
