I have lichen planus for over 20 yrs...I feel I can stand it no longer. I have been unable to find anyone who is able to help me. The mouth rinse you refer to does it have a name? I am almost to the point of tears...most of the time. I can not enjoy a meal. Every thing I put in my mouth hurts. My dentist just want to lecture me on brushing my teeth...I can hardly stand a tooth brush. Do you have any other information? I am desperate.
Thank you for any information on relief you are able to give me.
