I have only done 5 Liver Flushes but feel they were all different also. The first one I only got a bunch of white round stones out and the next four other sizes and colours. I didn't notice much chaff until the third one. It's probably different every time then. Hulda suggests not eating after two pm so it's probably better to stop even earlier if one can handle that. I always feel pretty good until the very last Epsom Salt flush where I get really tired and get flue like symptoms. They dissappear as soon as I start eating again. It's probably different from person to person also.
