Thanks. I pay much more attention to the feelings in my body now, which I thought were just random twitches before. When I take the 3000 mgs of CoQ10 I can feel the ones above my diaphram wiggling, and others apparently wiggling in my joints near my ankles and knees. Unfortunately I am quite freaked out and cannot sleep, as I am so obsessed with the night-crawlies. I'm still too freaked out to examine my stools, but I think something long was evacuated this AM. Ugh. I guess that's what the other amino acids are that are supposed to go with the Clarkia , too settle you down. This is very yucky! I'm glad others are on the same path!
