Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it. You are right that I'm probably not taking enough of the right foods to be "healthy". It's probably not the Clarika, but toxins trying to exit my body in whatever way possible.

I've been sick for 18 years starting with chronic candida and it's slowly gotten to the point where I am sensitive to almost all foods. I looked in all the wrong places for answers until I finally found Curezone and so many wonderful people like you who have helped me out so much.

On the other hand, I have always been very skinny. I was 80-85 pounds up until I was 24 (I'm 32 now) when I went up to 90 and slowly started to gain weight until I got to 110 pounds, but I would force-feed myself to get my weight up that high because I look like a skeleton at 90 pounds--my cheek bones stick out & my eyes sink in. So that was my excuse to over-eat.

Then I got terribly sick. I was highly acidic. Over eating is just as bad as eating the wrong foods. My breath, skin and stool smelled terribly and my skin got sore and started sagging--almost all at once. So I made a big decision...for once in my life I was going to stop worrying about my weight(knowing I would lose a lot through flushing) and start focusing only on getting my body alkaline. Andreas told me Liver Flushing was the best way to get my ph level up, plus to stop over-eating. What a brilliant guy. So I did that all in the last half of this year and I just got my ph paper and saw the results:

My saliva tests between 6.0 and 7.2

My urine tests at 7.6-8.0. (8.0 is the highest color on the
chart for my ph paper).

YIPPIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This wasn't luck. I sacraficed a lot and spent bundles to get my ph level this high.

I went into the flushes desperate because my left cheek started drooping and caving in, my arms got long saggy flaps of skin which would swing whenever I moved. All the skin on my body dropped. I also lost all muscle tone even though I worked out 3x a week. It was rapid, premature aging and it was getting worse fast. So I dove in with the flushes. I did 10 and I'm pretty much out of stones. I am not doing any more Liver Flushes until March. Now that my ph level has come up, I am expecting to see my skin improve in the next 3 months also. I heard zapping kills bad bacteria, which improves ph level too. I am using mine as I type. :)

Thanks again for your advice. I am going to do my best to put more of a good variety in my diet.

Lovey
