Hi,
Thanks for the advice, I thought you were talking about going to a professional to have it done. Yes I have done two Colon Cleanses myself, the black mucoid plague that comes out is like what is clogging my sink drains, strange huh!!! I used P&B shakes. I am feeling the need to do another soon now that we are talking about it. Thanks again, anything that helps someone else could help others...heyjude
