This is may next plan of action - to do all these things at once. The hydro-therapy accompanied by Vermox, garlic, oregano oil etc. I don't think Clarkia is available where I live, so I will have to give that one a miss. Maybe I will also wait for a full moon - who knows maybe there is some truth in it - although hard to believe.
