Rinse your mouth with pleny of neat vinegar

gargle, squish and move it around

retain in mouth for at least 30 secs to 1 minute

and spit out. DONT swallow!!!

Anticeptic properties etc - but do NOT do this regularly as it can strip enamel etc ovr time.
