Hi,

I am starting the Hulda parasite cleanse program, and "thought" i knew what to do (ie build up BW tincture to 2tp a day, 1 Wormwood cap and 3x1 clove cap - all at strengths as defined in programme etc)

however, i read on the net that hulda says to take 20 drops BW 4x daily - this is far less than 2tp (in fact, at 200Lb I taken 3tp) in one go each day (sip before lunch in water etc).

Point is, rather than post all info i have read and comment on whta i have done, can someone PLEASE tell me what the REAL Hulda Clark says we should do to follow the programme.
