G'day papayaseeds!

I suspected Tapeworms dwelled in me because I'm underweight. Couldn't gain weight no matter what I ate or how much. Trying the CoQ10 was just a test.

The sublingual tablets were 50 mg each. I chewed them.
Five days later, I took CoQ10 in gelcap form. Pricked a hole, sucked the oil out. I didn't mix it with anything.

Simple and fun!
