did you take the 3000 mg ? Yes

no side effects? None

what actually happened then? Nothing that i could tell, but i guess the CoQ10 did what Hulda Clark says it does... i didn't have any obvious effects at all, but i still believe, therefore i've done it 3 different times, like one every 6 mos... but i do take the blackwalnut, Wormwood , and cloves every other week for maintainance...
