i have taken this high dose 3 different times, and actually am due to take it again... the only thing that keeps me from doing it more often is the $... i open the capsules into some warm honey and then mix up the powder and spoon it down... doesn't taste bad at all and as far as i could tell there were absolutely no side effects... absolutely nothing at all out of the ordinary!
