Hi MH,

I have finally managed to get hold of some Oregano Oil here in Sydney. I was so excited to get it that I took a drop in herbal luke warm herbal tea straight away, and it burns!!!! I had to lay down for ten minutes and now the burning is gone but I think I have slightly injured my throat.
Then I remembered you said something about diluting the oregano oil in olive oil. Is this the best way to take it, and if it is, at what ratio do you mix it? Once the mixture is diluted do you just take one drop of that mixture per day/dose?
