Yo MH, I'd like to try the orange juice fast, sounds interesting. What is the main benefit? What are the directions?

Do I need to do a Liver Flush-never tried it? Do all people have worms and or parasites? Thought that was just for the dogs. ;)

I'm starting to loose my vision or my arms are getting shorter. Any recommendations to slow/stop it?

Also, interested to know what your thoughts are about Root Canals? I had 12 mercury fillings removed/replaced with safe composite. I have noticed some small benefits but not as much as hoped. I have a couple root canals, maybe not good? Would be hard to pull those r/c teeth, molars needed for chewing ya know.

Do you say eat no cooked foods? What about Fish? I love salmon.

One last question, when I was a child, my wonderful Doctors took out my appendix even though it wasn't inflamed(just gas pain), they thought why not remove it while we have her open. Leaving behind a large ugly scar and a lifetime of pain. Since that operation, I have always been constipated. 1-2 BM per week, usually hard rocks, and bleeding. I have tried every product available. I get lots of pain in lower right side. Only relief comes from a colonic. A Chiroptactor recently told me all problems caused from not having an appendix. She said the appendix does serve important function in digestion, contrary what we're told.
Surely, something is wrong. I long for those days when I was a child, when everything was 'smooth' sailing.
