I don't about the "Plajaren prophecy" (BTW, I thought you didn't believe in people who prophesize, based on one of your recent postings.)Bill Cooper in the 80-90's had already tried to warn people about this. Unfortunately, your comment above already exist!!! There is in fact a patent on BARCODE TATTO. There are other scary patents already approved, for mind and sensory manipulation. Testing has already been done on these and they do work!
