Ali, I have done a series of colonics, 5 to be exact. I am not sure it was the best treatment. Not that colonics aren't great, but somehow it was not done to the fullest. It always felt rushed and I never put back any good flora.

I am thinking to the Bentonite and Psyllium shakes. I have taken Psyllium alone for a year off and on. I don't really think that does much for getting out the mucoid.

Does the small intestine get affected by all this build up as well? Or it's mainly the large?
