If you're sceptical about bowel health being really important - I'd suggest get a couple of colonic hydrotherapy sessions. I did that, and it changed my life. AND although I never thought it would be possible, I did pass some of the things mentionned in this site, although nothing that was very obviously a worm... more seeds and rice and a blob of what looked like cotton. I was also taking Paragone but I got kidney pain and a bladder infection so I stopped... I'm going to try again today because I think it was actually because I had 2 beers.... Wormwood really cleans you out, and beers are full of yeast: bladder infection. I really hope I'm not allergic to Wormwood , it's strong stuff.
