Thank you for posting this query as I have just started the Clarkia and was wondering the same thing. After doing about six months of another cleanse, prescribed for me by a well known US nutritionist, I didn't feel so great. It was working to some extent as it got rid of a bacteria overgrowth I had. However, I was getting terrible die-off.

Anyway, to the point, you asked about taking a probiotic at the same time as Clarkia . I'm now on day three of Clarkia , taking it as they say and taking a high strength probiotic at a different time of the day than Clarkia and I think it's helping me to cut down on nasty die-off symptoms. (I have a leaky gut and I think the probiotic helps to cut down the inflammation. The first day of Clarkia I didn't take the probiotic and felt really bad on the lowest dose, but the last two days with the probiotic have been very good indeed.)I keep increasing the dose of Clarkia as per instructions and feel a lot better than I have so far on the other treatment I had. The nutritionist said don't take a probiotic while killing the parasites, but frankly I feel a lot better taking it at the same time. Thus, I think some of the good bacteria are surviving and colonising in my gut (hopefully). I will do the 11 weeks of Clarkia, plus the zapper, as they recommend, including enemas and professional colonics, when I can afford them.

I hope this helps you. Thank you for your email. I may try taking my Clarkia on a not full stomach for full effect although it is a bit scary to think of getting really zoned out, but what the heck I'll try it since everyone else is.
