Yes it is gross, but in a good way. When you see and hear what kind of things come out of people, it's no wonder there is so much disease. I wonder how people can still be alive when I see some of this stuff.
Anyway most parastie cleanses include Wormwood , cloves & Black-Walnut . You can get it at just about any health food store. Yes the rest of your family can get the parasties from you. It doesn't mean they do have them, but they might. Also you can get rid of them during a liver cleanse, which would be good for you also. So look around a little and take which ever one sounds good to you. They can definatly cause cancer, so get'em.
