i myself after reading Clarks advise to weigh the risks about the Ascaris (in particular tapeworms),

which are not killed by many other resources,

decided to make a point to eat as many foods etc. that are anti parasitic as possible,
well just read the posts, in all the links i gave up there..

i think you will piece it all together into a plan that works for you 8) once you get a broad range view of the wide assortment of ways and means to make your body less habitable for parasites
