Thank you Spirit. Tell me, how did the Liver Flush go for you? I'm a little apprehensive with doing it. I have a sensitive stomach and I have no idea how it will feel with Epsom Salts , olive oil and grape juice in there on an empty stomach. Did you feel an queasiness?
