I use the basic 2 quart hot water bottle/enema bag purchased from Walmart. I live in a 100 year old house where the indoor plumbing was added years later. I don't have enough room in the bathroom for a colenema set-up, although I sure wish I did. Still, doing two to four rounds with the bag has worked very well for me. I like to do the enemas on an empty stomach, it seems to prevent cramping and nausea, but do it any time its convenient.
