I would recommend muscle testing to see if you are sensitive to the seeds or if it is a die-off effect.
It is very simple to do and you can look it up on the web for more information. I have my husband muscle test me for food&supplements and it has helped eliminate a lot of sensitive foods, and I have also done it to my husband.
