Boy, I bet you are glad to have those critters out of your body. Just think...they have been living rent-free and it was time they were evicted! I especially loved the part about you sleeping so well after that.

I passed something like those spider things you described. I think I was taking "Cleanse Smart" when that happened.

Just keep on flushing and cleansing. You will know when it's time to stop.
