the hydrogen peroxide enema is same as any just add and ounce of food grade peroxide to your enema water, I add coffee some times to. I seem unable to hold it for very long though. But it seems to get something done for me. I usually have then enema in the morning but later on in the evening I seem to pass weird mucus stuff and worms. Especially if I do a warm water enema that evenig to force out any dead critters.
I have used as much as 3 ounces of peroxide but makes it even harder for my to hold in. Hmmm maybe the sever bubbling effect?
