I recently finished using ParaGone. I used it full strength, I weigh 140 lbs. I used it for 2 weeks, took the recommended 5 day break during which I did the gallbladder flush, then took ParaGone for another 15 days. The hardest part for me was the timing of taking the ParaGone. I made sure I took it first thing in the morning, would not eat for at least an hour, then had to time the second dose so it would be 3 hrs after having eaten again. So I took it around 12:30, and ate around 1:15. The last dose would be at bedtime but sometimes I would go to bed a bit later than usual so I could take the last dose 3 hrs after dinner. No after dinner snacks.
The flush(my 2nd second) got no big stones but lots of chaff. Continually for over a week.
