i would suggest you make some strong tea of any of these herbs
and use cotton ball and wipe your skin down with the tea several times a day.

even a nice spice bath soak and get hair fully soaked woudl help also.

get out your unrefined Sea Salt and add to olive oil .
or use cornmeal
make a grainy runny mess *smile*
and apply it to your body all over in small circular motions to get off your old skin scales

carefully roll up bedding etc and lay outside on grass in full sun
make sure open up all windows in your room to let sunlight in it.

makeup a herbal tea *spray* and put in a mist bottle and spray over every thing in your room as best you can/ and wipe it down

spray it on rug, then vaucumn and imediately throw away the bag in tightly closed container.
please don't get upset.
it sounds to me like you have lice.
if youdo / it is very contagious.
might consider taking a few days off to take care of the problem.
it is not an uncommon thing and in fact lice only live on healthy hair.
if they have advanced to yellow-brown patches on your skin then you have a pretty good infestation going.
considering the job you are in/ i will imagine you got it off a kid.
you will need to buy a lice teeth pick comb at a pharmacy type store to get the nits (eggs) off your hair shaft
do a web search for lice and esp for pictures of lice to see if it compares to wha tyou have...
i had to deal with it once myself when a child i babysat long ago got them and i had to make sure it did not spread from him to us and the others kids..
fortunely it did not..
it is very easy to get rid of them if you are consistent.
