I, too, used to be vegan, then vegetarian, now "clean meat" eating, and I love Weston Price. I, too, became weak and anemic on the vegetarian/vegan diets. Sally Fallon in Nourishing Traditions recommends cultured veggies to help alkalinize. I make and like beet kvass personally and use it several times a week.

I like Andreas and he has a lot of interesting information, but not everything he proposes works for me.

I am currently doing the Colonix program by DrNatura for a parasite/colon cleansing. This is day 10, and I have not seen any critters yet, but I may when I do my follow-up liver flush.

Betta, whose digestive enzymes are you using? Thanks.
