Yucky, thanks for your response. Thanks to you and Hopinso, I went out and started the program immediately. A couple of questions though. Did you take the P&B shakes because it was part of the program, because it was recommended or because you felt you needed additional help passing out some of the material? I'm curious because I hadn't planned on taking them but if it's required or beneficial, I might consider taking it. I was just planning on waiting until I did The Master Cleanse before I took P&B shakes. Also, did you take any enzymes during or after your cleanse? Should I? Thanks for responding.
