ok, i dont mean to seem grose, but i have been taking Clarkia for 3 weeks, taking a one week break right now. i am feeling a tickling feeling, well you know where,lol. i am also doing the vinegar ememas, i feel that i have seen something. dont think ive seen worms yet, but very close. i am taking it slow. dont want to shock my body. i have taken Q10 in the past. i dont think i would want to overdose on that stuff. my preference is to take it all slowly.
