Is there any major problem that I took a 7-day break rather than the prescribed 5-day?

I had to go out of town and am starting phase 2 tomorrow.

Also, on another note, I've had an increasing amount of floaters in my vision over the last couple of years, some of them dark. Since they tend to become more prominent after I eat, I suspected that it might have been a yeast/ candida issue, that they were being stimulated when I ate.

But is it possible that they could actually be parasites?

That's a creepy thought, isn't it?
