...as for taking Paragone with P&B... we have been doing P&B for about a month before starting Paragone. We are still doing one shake a day. I think P&B aids the process. But is's just so cumbersome to take more than one shake a day because of the time you need to allow between taking things. So we just kept one shake a day. Keep in touch on you progress.
