well, from the 'feeling better' i can say that they 'might'have been responsible in the candida in me, digestive problems, and feeling cold all the time. also, my allergies are down, so are colds i used to catch.

can't really say if they have been the cause of that since i don't know how long i have had them or what they really are in scinetific terms, but i do feel good and keep feeling better. i'm gonna keep going with the clease and see what else improves. i'm also due for another liver flush. keep ya'll posted!
