I really think I have tapeworm(s) and I think I already passed a roundworm. What I need help with is figuring out the best way to rid myself of tapeworms. I just started reading this forum so forgive me if I'm repeating...I read a couple people's reaction to the 3000 mg. of co Q 10 and that scares me away from trying that. So I decided to do the one where you eat lots of garlic for 2 days and sit in a pan of milk and the Tapeworms will come out...then I read you have to pull them out once there head comes out. Oh my Gosh!!! I don't think I can do that!! What should I do?? I don't have the recipe for a zapper and live far far away from health food stores but am taking paramax I and II, plus nystatin for candida, plus oil of oregano, and eating lots of fresh garlic. hot stuff! whew. Please help with Tapeworm grossy, yucky problem. Thanks MAJ
