HI,

I too have have a test and just realised that I have BH. I am goign teh natural route to tret.

My symptoms: on-going skin problems - Acne etc, itchy anus, bloating and headaches.

Apparently BH usually feed candida.

My current Treatment is from a natropath - 8 days herbs to clean out everything followed by a month or so of replenishing all the good bacteria.

Meanwhile I am doing no wheat, Sugar or diary as a menas of cleansing my system. I jsut read today that its not just wheat but all carbs/starches that BH feeds on.
