Reading your message made me feel like I was writing it myself. I have just begun natural healing. I began drinking a green drink 3 times a day and limit my meals...as best I can..to "live foods" ie: vegitables, fruits, raw nuts etc... which is hard to do when you have stomach problems. I have been on anitbiotics 3 x for c. dif and have been diagnosed with colitis. Which one came first I do not know.
My herbal nutrionalist has told me that I can detox in the next few weeks and this may eliminate the c. dif. I will let you know how it is going and can give you information on what has made me feel good and what is continuing to help.
