I am also on day 4. Taking only 2 doses a day, mainly because of some constipation. I am drinking more water because of being thirsty. I think the dark stool may come from the Bismuth Citrate in the Paragone capsules. I am by no means educated on this subject matter, but wonder if it is anything similar to Pepto-Bismol which also makes the stool dark???? I have not seem anything out of the ordinary yet and would like to know if this takes time and I am just trying to rush things? :-)
