Hey fellow ParaGONE folks! I'm on day 7 of my cleanse.

To address your question, on my first two days I was not necessarily bloated, but I was very gassey. It seemed to pass for the most part a couple of days into the cleanse.

Around the same time, but lasting a bit longer, I had some really strong breath. While it has gotten less strong, it still is stronger that it is normally.
