Yesterday i consumed quite abit of cayenne.
2 caps in morning
2 caps in evening
Cup of hot water with 1 tsp. cayenne
took about 5 cal/mag tabs. as well

I was taking alot b/c i have had a cold for about 2 weeks
and am still trying to shake it.

Anyway i had alot of diahrea this morning and passed tube like thing about an inch long and about thickness a little smaller than your little finger.

Plus i have noticed in the past that i also pass black or green things that look like small pieces of Celery leaves.
Thats about the only way i can describe it.

Any ideas

Can you take too much cayenne, it doesn't bother me.
