You can get virgin coconut oil at Vitamin Shoppe for about $11 and some change. I used to just mix it in a little juice and swallow. Mixing with a protein smoothie or vegetable or fruit smoothie is also good and it'll thicken it up so you won't be hungry in another hour. Not nearly as hard to take as flax oil.
