I haven't done the tumeric but I have been taking oil of oregano, 6 drops under my tongue a day and been eating raw pumpkin seeds every day for about 2 weeks now and yesterday got rid of a tapeworm, intact, I would say at least 24 inches. Didn't want to measure. I was in shock. Feeling so much better this morning. Thought for sure I would have nitemares last nite but didn't. Had been having headaches the last couple of days and stomach was't feeling the greatest. Now I know why. Plan on keeping pumpkin seeds around. Didn't like them at first. You get addicted to them.
