Yes, I am taking CandiZyme by RenewLife as well as Threelac (4 packets a day) and 1 tsp of psyllium daily. I'm not sure if ParaGone alone will release plaque? But I can say since taking this combo together I have noticed more stringy and rubbery stuff. I'm planning on switching over to flax fiber but I just have yet to get some seeds to grind up. Is that how you do it? I decided against the ParaZyme product because it contains some amino acids. I don't like to mess with amino acids especially aspartic and glutamic acids. Read the book Excitotoxins: the taste that kills. It really will surprise you. We just don't know enough about the amino acids to be isolating them and using them like we are.
