Oh, so you drank all 4 doses of Epsom and then after that you started drinking the distilled water? I get ya. I thought you drank in between, thanks for clarifying. I know what you mean about the fat. The first 3 flushes I didn't have any fat. This flush I only had 0.5 grams of fat, I'm sure not enough to even make a difference. I was out of sorts and spacey from not having any fat.
