I feel awful for you and your daughter to be pressured into something like a gallbladder surgery. There are natural alternatives available. I include a link on the liver cleanse frequently asked questions. I recommend you do one of the easier ones, like the Hulda Clark cleanse. I would cut down on the Epsom Salts though to one tsp (5 ml) rather than one tablespoon (30ml) per dose if she is tiny.
What is the weight of your daughter? Does she move her bowels easily and regularly? Tell us more about her situation.
