Yeah, ditch the milk, and most of your animal and cooked products if you want to alkalize yourself. Eat TWO big salads (no iceberg lettuce) daily, with lots of extra virgin olive oil, and squeeze lemons and limes into water and guzzle that down.

Above all (you probably know this but it bears repeating) NO SOFT DRINKS.
