I would like to add something general. Probably your biggest problem is going to be the doctor. You can basically not tell him about the flushes, he will "pooh,pooh" it and tell you might get in trouble.

Just tell him you want to wait with surgery and improve your diet.

The other thing is. If you can't get a colonic in your area, a lot of us use a colema board. 2nd best after a colonic.
