Three questions....

1. How does the Blessed Herb shake taste? I'm no sissy and will take just about anything, but I've been using the Almighty Cleanse and the powder has activated charcoal and is awful when you have to take 12 ozs. 5 times a day? It is horrid.

2. What is "high-heat" yoga?

3. How long was it between cleansings? Could the previous cleanses have possibly loosened up the mucus placoid? If you made dietary changes as well, the process of all of it together may have helped it come out... just wondering...
