I tried the full colonix program a year ago and was happy with the results even though my body had some problems with psyllium, such as bloating and gas. I came to find that my body was better suited for the oxygen cleansers and settled on Colosan.

I suspect that once I have all of my elimination channels unblocked, including my lymph, which I am working on now, the fiber may be tolerated much better.
